A yard you cannot use in July is a yard you are paying taxes on for nothing. The Ultra Yard Plan targets the three things that actually drive people back inside around Charlotte: mosquitoes, ticks and fleas.
Mosquitoes rest in shaded understory during the day, on the underside of leaves, in ivy and along fence lines, so that is where the treatment goes rather than a broadcast spray over open turf. Ticks come in along the wood line and the transition zone where mowed grass meets brush, which is where kids and dogs pick them up. Fleas cycle through the shaded areas the dog actually lies in.
Treatments run on a schedule through the season because the residual is what carries you, not any single application. We also point out the standing water sources feeding the problem, since a clogged gutter or an unturned birdbath will out-breed anything we spray.
